Who is BodyFix Pro?
Jimmy Mac is our pioneer and thought leader however no great ideas could exist without our close group and global network of caring research scientists, doctors, educational administrators and longtime clients and ambassadors. Our mission is simple… To improve the health and wellness of people, one person, one family, or one friend at time. We accomplish this through educated awareness, instructional design and support programs.
What makes BodyFix Pro different from other “Health & Wellness” companies?
Unlike most health and wellness companies that make the industry “complicated” and “overwhelming” and cater to “everyone”, we focus on men and women who are 50 years of age and over and we provide what you need to succeed. We believe in fixing the body not masking symptoms with drugs. Our success depends on your improved health and saving lives. Our programs work, but more importantly, they work for you. We 100% stand behind everything we do. Customer satisfaction and your satisfaction is ultimately why we get up and go to work every day.
Is BodyFix Pro a lifestyle company?
While this is not our initial mandate, yes, we all firmly believe that your lifestyle is one of the biggest factors contributing to environmental toxins, happiness, wellbeing and ultimately lower levels of stress. Further to that, we are realistic about what is necessary for improved health. You are not training for a marathon; you are looking for improved health and you need motivation. We know it’s not easy to go it alone, so we’re here for you. Our programs have been designed to keep you motivated and focused on success.
Is BMI a reliable number to determine health?
Body Mass Index (BMI) provides an easy way to measure obesity, but more doctors are questioning its accuracy and usefulness.
BMI is supposed to estimate the amount of body fat a person carries based on height and weight, and categorizes people based on what is appropriate for their size. BMI readings under 18.5 mean you are underweight and could put on a few pounds. If you fall between 18.5 and 24.9, you’re considered normal, while a BMI of 30 or higher qualifies as overweight.
But in recent years, more researchers argue that it’s not the most accurate way to measure body weight. For years, scientists have said that BMI can’t distinguish between fat and muscle, which tends to be heavier and can tip more toned individuals into overweight status, even if their fat levels are low.
So, it’s a guide, a reference point, but not an accurate picture of overall health. How do you feel? Are you doing all the things consistent with our improved health guidelines? Know what to do, listen to your body, don’t stress, keep going.
How often do you release a new program?
We typically release an updated program once per year. CAMP however is a NEW program (never before released), scheduled for launch fall of 2019. Having said that, once the program sells out, it will be closed for approximately one year. Charter members always receive extra perks for getting in early. The first 250 people get a huge discounted price, preferred service and receive FREE upgrade programs when they are released, in the future.
